In a few days you should receive an email giving you the link to Part 2 of Lesson. Below are the tips to help detox and improve you gut health.

1. Each morning bowl some water  and put it in a thermos. It can be either hot or warm depending on your preference. Sip the water periodically throughout the day (at least eight times would be ideal).

2. Try and have your main meal around noon.
