For this kind of recommendation please consult an Ayurvedic physician. Thanks
I use the following methods:
1>solid frankincense : i chew them very slowly especially on the side where i had a root canal
2>oil : a>steam inhale : 3 drops into 750 ml is more than enough
b>mix with nalparamadi keratailam and apply it on my forehead, my wife does the same for her entire face.
c> use 3 drops into 250 ml into a electric diffuser for about 10 minutes in slow mode after we lock the bed room for night sleep. (we dont use fan or ac or heater so the smell stays in for about 1 hr odd dependent on many factors.
3>on an incenser, fuelled by hot charcol at dusk
I am a kapha type person and so suits me though I should tell you that should you apply directly on the body to start with small doses and find your comfort quantity. I am a male, 6feet, kapha, non smoker from Kerala, India
